800x600 Construction / Project Manager                                       Aberdeen/shire     Our Client a leading Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated Construction/Project Manager for Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire Area As a key member of our Construction Team you will manage all aspects of site works, from design to completion.          You will be an experienced construction industry professional with the ability to meet the demands of production, profitability, safety, quality, and to manage subcontractors to ensure that pre-set targets are met and contracts are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will understand all aspects of the contracting process, have extensive knowledge of the technical building requirements and an excellent commercial sense is a must. You will also have the skills to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of people and promote a harmonious working relationship between Project Teams and Client's Representatives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be dedicated to meeting deadlines and achieving desired results. 5 Day SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS card will be advantageous. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft packages and hold a full driving license. The successful applicant will benefit from an attractive remuneration package.
